Notes
My name is Anzeer. I was charged in Fairfax with Reckless Driving (58 in a 25). I’m an international student with no prior record and I am 19years old That day I was very upset because last month I was in an accident where the other driver was 100% at fault, but their insurance still hasn’t paid me enough for repairs. I was distracted and driving my other car, a 2005 Toyota Camry, which may have an inaccurate speedometer. I mentioned this to the officer at the scene. I understand this is a serious matter, and I want to retain you to handle my case. Could we schedule a consultation? Please also let me know what documents or preparation you would like from me before court.
